Why it matters

A steady source of buyers from social

Most stores post for two weeks and stop. We plan your content around your products and seasons, write and design every post, put it out on schedule and report what worked, so social keeps bringing buyers back to your store.

Pick a plan by posting volume. Every plan includes a custom strategy, your own project manager and content written for your products. Paid campaigns, Shop setup and ad landing pages can be added to any plan.

Meta Shops

Facebook and Instagram Shops in 2026

Meta changed how Shops work in 2025. What changed, and what it means for your store:

What changedWhat it means for your store
Since September 2025, US shoppers finish their purchase on your website instead of inside Facebook or Instagram. Your own checkout has to be fast and easy on a phone, because that’s where the sale now happens.
Each Shop needs a checkout address set in Commerce Manager. We set it up so buyers land in your store’s cart with the product already added.
Products come from one catalog, synced from Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce. Prices and stock match your store, with no second catalog to keep up to date.
Order management and disputes moved off Meta’s apps. You handle every order in your store, the same way as your other sales.
Ads now send buyers to your website. Tracking on your store has to be right before a campaign starts, or you can’t see what sold.

How our projects work
What is social media marketing for ecommerce?

It’s using social networks to sell products: regular posts that keep your store in front of buyers, paid campaigns that send them to product pages, a Shop with your catalog, and reports that show which of it led to sales.

Which networks do you cover?

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X and LinkedIn. We recommend the ones your buyers actually use.

How much does social media marketing cost?

It depends on the plan you choose and on whether you want paid campaigns, Shop setup or landing pages. You get a quote before anything starts.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad budgets are paid directly to the networks. Our management fee is separate and agreed up front.

Do I approve posts?

Yes. You see the month’s plan in advance and can change anything before it goes out.

Can you connect my store to Facebook and Instagram Shops?

Yes, for Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce stores. Your catalog syncs from the store, so prices and stock match.

Do Facebook and Instagram Shops still have checkout?

Not in the US. Since September 2025, shoppers who tap a product finish the purchase on your own website. Shops still show your products, collections and product pages.

Do I need a landing page for social ads?

For most campaigns, yes. A page that shows the same product and offer as the ad, with one clear action, usually converts better than sending people to your home page.

Can I reuse an ad landing page for other campaigns?

Yes. We build it as a template you can duplicate and edit.

What do the monthly reports show?

Reach, engagement, link clicks and landing page views, click-through rate, cost per purchase and return on ad spend, with what we’ll change next month.

Do you write blog posts too?

Yes. The Growth plan includes one blog post a month and the Pro plan two, written for your products and buyers.

Can you set up my profiles?

Yes. We set up or tidy your Facebook, Instagram and X profiles with branded graphics, and connect your store to Facebook and Instagram Shops.

Do you design the post graphics?

Yes. Posts, graphics and captions are written and designed by our in-house team.
