Privacy policy

OC Designs Online (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on ocdesignsonline.com and when you work with us, and how we use it. Contact us any time at frannie@ocdesignsonline.com or (609) 675-0912.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use a form, email or call us: your name, email address, phone number if given, your store links and the details of your project.
• Project information. If you become a client: questionnaire answers, brand files, and the logins you choose to share so we can install your design.
• Technical data. Our servers and our security provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block abuse. Forms use spam checks that do not require cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver your project.
• To send invoices and project updates.
• To keep the site secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they found us, and whether a quote form was started or sent. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and sends Google your browser details, an approximate location based on your IP address, and the pages you view. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the rest of the site works the same.

Videos are embedded from YouTube only after you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies (we use its privacy-enhanced mode). When our own team signs in to manage the site, we set a cookie that marks their visits so we can leave them out of our statistics. Other cookies are only those the site needs to work.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the site and your project: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics (site statistics, as described above) and the platforms you ask us to work on, such as eBay, Shopify or BigCommerce.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client project records and design backups are kept for five years, as described in our terms. Logins you share are used only for your project; please change them once we are done.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honour in the same way.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
