Our story
It started with one eBay seller and a challenge
In 2005 Frannie Kline started designing custom logos for eBay sellers. Then one client who ran an eBay store asked to be the “guinea pig” for something new: a fully custom storefront. It worked — and storefront design became the thing sellers asked us for most.
We hired our first designer and programmer and called the offer “eBay Store Solutions”: professional store customization at a price small sellers could afford. The client list grew on two things — customer service and design skill. By 2011 we had a full-time project manager, in-house designers and developers, and a studio in Southern New Jersey.
Today we are one of the largest providers of custom eBay design in the United States, trusted by Microsoft, Pep Boys, 4 Wheel Parts and more than 10,000 sellers. We have grown into Shopify, BigCommerce and WordPress, custom integrations, and our own multichannel software, SalesChannelHub.
What hasn’t changed: we are family-owned, there is no corporation behind us, and we never send work overseas. Frannie still manages every project personally, and every client is treated like the first one.
